These terms establish the rules and limitations for using runlot's services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Service Provision and Rights
- runlot provides infrastructure that allows users to deploy code and store data.
- You retain full ownership of the code and data you upload. runlot only holds the permissions necessary to provide the service.
- runlot retains all intellectual property rights to the platform itself, service design, and software.
Limitation of Liability (Most Important)
- runlot provides its services 'as-is' and does not guarantee perfect uptime or data integrity.
- runlot is not liable for indirect damages or business losses caused by service interruptions, data loss, or bugs.
- In any event, runlot's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the issue.
Service Restrictions
- We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts and projects without notice for illegal content, infrastructure abuse (e.g., DDoS, malicious crawling, excessive load generation), terms violations, or legal risks.
- We provide no compensation for such suspensions or deletions.
Payments and Refunds
- Fees are billed based on usage.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining period if you cancel your subscription early.
Governing Law
- Any disputes arising from these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with the Seoul Central District Court as the exclusive court of first instance.
